Show your support for our environment and be a good role model for your kids! It can sometimes just be the little things that you do that can make this a healthier place for our families to live. There’s lots of ways to help, but here’s a list of 40 to get you started! Try doing 1 of these each day...
- Get an energy audit for you home
- Fertilize with grass clippings
- Switch to energy saving bulbs
- Fix leaking faucets
- Unplug appliances when not in use
- Wipe spills with re-usable towels
- Plant a garden
- Drive the speed limit
- Put back un-used napkins
- Use a lunch box, not a bag
- Carpool
- Use cloth napkins
- Keep tires inflates
- Donate used computers
- Donate used books
- Install low-flow showerheads
- Think before you print
- Unload your car of excess weight
- Lights off when you exit a room
